Due to the specific nature of the manufacturing process, each item is created for each specific order, and therefore we do not keep any stock. Also, because each item is sewn by hand and then passed through a rigorous quality control, the manufacturing time is between 2 - 5 business days.
The standard delivery times can vary between 9 - 20 business days during this period due to COVID 19.
If you choose Express Delivery, the items will be delivered in 4 - 6 business days after the item has shipped.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such financial reimbursement.
